My Real World-page (not part of OGW!)
When I'm not at work (ha ha) I am an avid birdwatcher. I've been all over the world with my Nikon, hunting
my photographic "prey." Here are some trophies. And a couple of other images tossed in for good luck.

My best friend since childhood, Andrea Tepper. She isn't quite as Goth, now that she's a downtown paralegal...
"I find it hard to believe she's as good a bass player as Auf der Maur!"
I'm serious, Daniel. She's world class great. I don't know why she's never really gone for it. There are bands that would grab her up!

I grew up in Florida, in this home. It was fancy, but I don't want to go back. I'm happy living in a one-bedroom apartment 2000 miles from the ocean... uhhhhh...ok. ...
"You're nuts, you should go back to Miami and work for your father as a realtor!"
... I know, JoJo, but he and I don't see eye to eye on much ...
"So what? Look at your house!"
The Birds I Love to Shoot (with a camera)

The penguins in Antarctica were amazing! Everything was just great on our Carnival cruise to Antarctica. Jeez, I sound like a commercial ... but I loved the trip down under.

A beautiful Toucan photographed on a trip to Central America; specifically Costa Rica. He enjoyed having his picture taken as much as I enjoyed taking it. It was odd because usually Toucans seem a little more shy than portrayed in tv cereal commercials.

Diving Kingfisher - photographed on a photo expedition to Turkey and Eurasia. He was amazing, and he came out of the water with a frog. Unfortunately the "successful hunter" photos were not as successful as photos. But this shot came out well.

Alaska is home to many eagles. This one let me take his portrait. Totally fierce and awesome!
"Some of these are like National Geographic, Lulu."
Yeah, thanks, Lynda. (why did I even bother to go to art school?)
"Really, you should call National Geographic right now!"
Don't push me, Jojo! (one of these days I'm gonna use him to restain my chifforobe...)

A fortunate photo of two Macaws in love taken on my 1988 trip to South America. It's a great place for bird watchers and photographers like me. Hard to get all the photos I want, since I only get two days off at a time from OGW! We really need to get that union organizer down here but this is Texas, and good luck with that...
"Boo Hoo"
JoJo you are a sock monkey pain in the *** !

A beautiful art photo of a swan taken in Minnesota in 1998. I was on a photo shoot in Canada and the upper regions of the United States.

A beautiful finch from the Great Smoky Mountains. I was hiking the trails in 1992 and got this amazing shot. Then, of course I had to get on the OGW helicopter back to corporate the next morning. But my 36 hour vacation was really great!

A duck - he seemed interested in what I was doin' so I took his portrait. Some ducks are more photogenic than others. You can see that the camera loves this guy!

A neighbor in Houston raised chickens in the backyard. Sometimes I would see the hen with chickens roaming around - once she took them right up to my window. I just couldn't get the camera ready in time. Well, next time I'm in Houston...
"Startin' to look like Old MacDonald's farm, Lulu" ...
Very funny, JoJo.
"E-I-E-I-OOOOO ! ... HAHAHAHAHA"

A hummingbird photographed in the Pecos Wilderness of New Mexico. Haven't been up there in many years, but I used to go often. It's a beautiful region. Now it's more crowded though.

I love this photo. Taken in 1986 or therabouts, up in Canada. I think it's one of my best bird photos. This is a rather small, internet image of course. The full resolution prints on high quality paper are just great.

A woodpecker at the feeder in my backyard in Lubbock, TX (do I REALLY live here?). Sometimes nature makes it easy for me. Well, this time I didn't have to wait for my "2 days off a year" to get a good bird photo! LOL!
